| INAUGURATED IN IPS ACADEMY |

A two day management students contest organized by the institute of business management and research , IPS Academy , Indore was inaugurated by the managing director of Dainik Bhaskar group
Shri Ramesh Agrawal on 3 march 2001.
Speaking on the occasion Shri Agrawal said that with determination and dedication even impossible things can be made possible. In the present competitive scenario it is necessary to keep a close eye on your competitors weakness and full advantage of them .it is essential that the products and services should be designed in tune with the consumer needs and problems . Regular interaction with consumers is therefore of utmost importance.
Shri Agrawal said that the current age is knowledge and information age the business world will have to take full note of it. He said that the youth should select their field of specialization , finance ,marketing, production , etc. judiciously and attain complete specialization . it is the result , which matters, and not the amount of time or efforts one has put. In organizations there is a grave scarcity of able and complete people therefore ample opportunities exist for the youth of the country .
Introducing the chief guest , director of IBMR DR.V.D. Nagar said that Shri Ramesh Ji is a alive example of dedication , determination , sincerity , and hard work. He further said that we have to find out a midway between "survival of the fittest " , and "revival of the weakest."
Prof. G.P.Garg , head of the department of IBMR presented a brief outline of the management and the contest and said that in todays competitive world only bookish knowledge is not sufficient and practical inputs are very important in which events like this one are very important . he added that contestants from Mumbai ,Bhopal ,Varanasi , Baroda and many other places will participate in the two day event.
In the beginning the treasurer of the academy Mrs,. Kumidini Choudhary and the director Prof. G.V. Kulkarni welcomed the guest .The president of the Academy Mr. Achal Choudhary presented memento to the guest . Mr. Rajmal Porwal , secretary of the Academy proposed the vote of thanks . the program was attented by the Prof. Kailash Choudhary , director of administration , director of various departments , distinguish guests , teachers and student.
